Pure, airy and elegant aromas are comprised by freshly sliced lime, poached pear and acacia blossom. The much more refined flavors flash excellent, indeed almost painful, intensity along with evident minerality on the focused, concentrated and remarkably persistent finish that is noticeably firmer. This is a first-rate example of En Remilly and appears to be very, very promising.
