Ripe and nicely layered aromas speak of pear liqueur, rosemary oil and a hint of citrus rind. There is fine volume to the rich and solidly concentrated flavors that flash a touch of rusticity on the bracing bitter lemon-suffused finish. This could be enjoyed after only a few years of cellaring but should repay up 6 to 8 years if desired.
