Ripe and quite restrained aromas speak mostly of earthy red raspberry and cherry. The palate impression of the light weight flavors is again borderline dilute and while they are more refined, there's not much depth to the otherwise reasonably persistent finish. I found this to be somewhat disappointing given its 1er status.
