The oak seems nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin. There is plenty of new oak on the entry that will need to be subsumed, but I appreciate the tannic structure and freshness on the finish that lingers nicely in the mouth. It might not have the complexity of its peers, but it should drink well after 3-4 years in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Couvent des Jacobins","offers":[{"title":"Bundle of 12","offer_id":42813168615614,"sku":null,"price":1104.0,"currency_code":"SGD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0538\/9991\/9550\/files\/Artboard10.png?v=1686726958","url":"https:\/\/www.pivene.com\/products\/couvent-des-jacobins-saint-emilion-2015-owc-of-12-bottles","provider":"PIVĒNE","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
