Just a hint off-dry at 4.5 grams per liter residual sugar, the 2016 Craighall Vineyard Riesling saw more time on its lees than previous vintages. At 11.5% alcohol, it's similar in style to a German trocken, boasting subtle green apple, lime and green gage plum notes and a medium body. Intense and concentrated, the wine finishes long, with a hint of silkiness and a bit of chalk dust.
