Reduction still defines the nose with its smokiness. The wine underneath is a whole cornucopia of fruit: apricot, pale peach, apple and an array of citrus appear, but it is the citrus that takes the lead, setting the tone and direction. Zestiness lends both freshness and mouthfeel to this downright thirst-quenching wine.
