Description

Aromatic and balanced, this sake has powerful and rich fruity aromas of melon and pear, and big and juicy on the palate with a velvety texture and soft umami. It has a rich mouthfeel with good structure and minerality. The Sake rice used is a cross strain between Yamashu No.4 "山酒4号" and Miyamanishiki "美山錦“, a proprietary variety of brewing rice developed by the brewery.
