A very savory nose with a medium depth of orange color. Fine aromas of bitter herbs, iron, dried orange rind, dry earth and cloves. Quite tight and tannic on the palate, giving a nicely austere aspect to the otherwise savory palate. Juicy, structured and vertical in the end. Almost Barolo-like. From organically grown grapes.
