With more than 15 years in the luxury wine and spirts sector, Julien is the CEO and co-founder of PIVENE.
Educated at L’Etincelle Sommelier School, Julien’s talent was spotted early when he was awarded the 2006 Grand Prix M. Chapoutier’s Best Student Sommelier in France.
After 4 years of mastering his craft at 3 Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris, he became Head Sommelier of its Singapore branch in 2010, after which he assumed a lead role at Tetsuya Wakuda’s 3 Michelin-starred Waku Ghin.
With a strong background in retail marketing, Nicholas has worked consistently in the luxury sector for more than 5 years. Following work with Prada, Nicholas moved to the Richemont Group where he worked for one of the finest luxury watchmaking ‘maisons’, Jaeger LeCoultre, developing his talents as a high complication's specialist and managing Jaeger LeCoultre’s most select clients.
Founding PIVENE in 2020, Nicholas develops and services our High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual client base who are active in the luxury wine sector in Singapore.
With more than 20 years experience in the wine industry, Genevieve’s responsibilities include portfolio mapping, forecasting and management, as well as working with selected brand partners to achieve our long term, strategic objectives.
Genevieve works with PIVENE's ‘on and off-trade' partners and leverages her executive experience, strong business acumen and passion for wine to build the PIVENE business and reputation across Singapore.
A highly-trained sommelier with almost a decade of rich experience, Jonathan began his wine journey as a Commis Sommelier at 2-Michelin starred, Le Moulin de Mougins in France, and progressed to work with Master Sommelier, Gerard Basset MS MW OBE, at Hotel Du Vin in England, before embarking on a 3-year stint in the USA as Chief Sommelier of 3-Michelin starred Joël Robuchon & L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. His success in the USA led him to relocate to Asia to undertake the management of Joël Robuchon in Singapore.
As a co-founder, Jonathans wealth of experience is a huge asset to the development of the PIVENE business in Singapore.
20 years of experience at the forefront of the wine industry in Singapore and South East Asia, Jackson is a fine wine connoisseur with a specialty in French wines. Armed with an expertise centred around Bordeaux and Burgundy wines, Jackson is also a member of ‘La Commanderie du Bontemp’.
Currently pursuing his advance certification with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Jackson is the Director of Sales at PIVENE. In tandem with his long career experience and strong personal and professional network of HNWI, his deep understanding of the luxury wine industry ensures that he is perfectly placed to drive the continuing expansion of PIVENE.
Wendi has been involved in the fine wine trade for almost 10 years. Working as a Sales Executive and forging solid relationships with a wide, cross section of the food and beverage industry, she is well versed in the specifics of the Singapore wine trade.
Joining PIVENE in March 2021 as 'Assistant Sales Manager', Wendi focusses on developing strong relationships with her partners and utilising her expertise and knowledge to assist our clients in the curation of their wine offerings specifically in on-trade, retail and online environments.
A strategic brand marketer, communications expert & advertising professional, Matthew has worked in the premium luxury sector for more than 20 years in Europe, Australasia and APAC developing brands such as Absolut Vodka, Champagne Perrier Jouet, Ferrari, Lexus Motor Cars, Davidoff and Manchester United FC.
A co-founder of PIVENE, Matthew drives all aspects of marketing working closely with our brand partners and clients alike.
Lawrence is a sourcing and diverse Supply Chain professional with more than 10 years of experience. Hands-on in approach, with leadership experience across a range of Supply Chain functions including 'Demand & Supply Planning', ‘Purchasing', 'Vendor Management’ and 'Inventory Control’, Lawrence is also responsible for PIVENE’s Distribution and Logistics.
With a strong background in fine wine distribution, and many years working at the centre of the wine business in Singapore, Lawrence is well placed to lead the logistics team at PIVENE
