Showing tart cherry flavors and bright freshness over a lean, mid-weight texture, the Badia a Coltibuono 2022 Chianti Classico is a highly drinkable and accessible Tuscan red. It delivers plenty of local character in a clean and upfront manner. The blend is 90% Sangiovese with smaller parts Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo and Colorino aged briefly in both French and Austrian oak.
