The mouthfeel of the imposing big-bodied flavors is refined, indeed quite sophisticated, while flashing a borderline pungent minerality on the powerful, bone-dry and impeccably well-balanced finale that also just goes on and on. This is a stunningly good Chevy built to reward extended keeping yet there is enough mid-palate sap to permit mid-term approachability.
