An attractively fresh nose offers up aromas of Granny Smith apple, petrol, wet stone, spice and a variety of floral elements. There is an appealing sleekness to the mouthfeel of the moderately sized yet quite powerful flavors that conclude in a markedly dry but not really austere finale. While this well-made effort should be capable of 12 to 15 years of improvement, it should also be reasonably approachable after 'only' 7 to 8 years.
