Here the expressive nose is markedly more floral in character with its array of the essence of pear and discreet citrus and spice influences. The palate impression is similar to that of the Bourgogne as it's both round and caressing while delivering better depth and persistence on the lightly stony finale. This could use better depth so a few years of forbearance should be helpful.
