The Buglioni 2018 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Il Lussurioso pours forth with an inky dark appearance and robust aromas of dried fruit, cured leather, spice, rosemary essence and barbecue ember. The wine's rich intensity is followed by a 16% alcohol content that you definitely won't overlook. There is a hint of sweetness on the close, and its texture is very rich and opulent. This is a very big wine at the end of the day, made with 60% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Croatina and 5% Oseleta. Production is 32,000 bottles.
