This is silky-smooth, with a creamy wave of ripe red and hints of blue fruits that flows across a stream of cooling acidity. A web of fine tannins coats the palate, leaving behind a subtle hint of wood spice and a crunchy cranberry resonance that hangs on. Simply stunning. The Cuordilava is a blend of three vineyards on Etna and is refined in barriques (only 15% new).
