Fermented and aged in new oak from the legendary Argonne forest, this is an exquisite and prestigious release from Henri Giraud. Created using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the very best Grand Cru vineyards in Ay, this cuvée is so complex, elegant, and driven, with remarkable purity too.
This wine rests for 12 months in oak barriques from the Argonne forest and a further 7 years on the lees in the bottle. Each bottle is individually numbered and is presented in a beautiful wooden box.
