Here too there is just enough wood to merit mentioning framing the slightly more elegant nose of ripe plum, black cherry and a subtle array of spice nuances. There is slightly more volume to the powerful yet more refined medium weight plus flavors that are also sufficiently firm to need at least a decade of keeping. This is also quite good and a wine that should age gracefully yet isn't so compact that it couldn't be approached young.
