Delivery
All Kadeka products purchased on pivene.com are shipped out directly by our supplier, Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, and you will be contacted directly by their team for the arrangement of delivery.

Delivery will take between 3 to 5 working days, and delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm & Saturday, 9am to 1pm.

Cost is inclusive of delivery to lift landing floor. Any additional arrangements to be made directly with the supplier.

Warranty
Kadeka products are fully warrantied against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of registered purchase.

Compressor for Kadeka products are warrantied for 5 years. Labour, transport, gas refill shall however be borne by the purchaser after the 12 months warranty period. Warranty does not cover issues arising from mishandling / misuse / modification of products / lack of maintenance / corrosion & rust / cleaning of sets / repairs done by unauthorized person without our company’s approval. Warranty does not cover batteries, panels, doors of sets & accessories such as shelves, keys, knobs, light & dryer filter too.

Delivery Disclaimer
Please be advised that all Kadeka products are shipped out directly by our supplier, Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, and PIVENE Pte Ltd assumes no responsibility in the delivery of products undertaken by them.

PIVENE Pte Ltd assumes no liability for late delivery of products as well as damages incurred in the delivery process, regardless of cause. Delivery of products will be fully undertaken by our supplier, Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, to the Customer’s specified location. Customer shall inspect all products upon delivery and confirm that it is in good working order and repair, and suitable for Customer’s needs. If Customer fails to inspect the products immediately upon delivery, Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products as delivered.

In no event shall PIVENE Pte Ltd be liable with respect to any conditions, defects, deficiencies, dangers, faults or failures, of any kind, in or relating to any products supplied by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.
