“Burgundy style” production: Maceration for around 10 days, sorted and destemmed harvest, malolactic fermentation and aging for 10 months in oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
Wine only produced in years of exceptional maturity.
Light color, nose of red fruits: morello cherry, raspberry. Woody notes.
Palate: very fruity, good concentration, length, wood present but melted.
