The 2024 Salix combines 65% White Grenache, 20% Macabeu and 15% Pedro Ximénez from Priorat. It is fermented and briefly aged for three months in used barrels. The wine opens with expressive, slightly warm aromas, blending tropical tones with pear and gentle Mediterranean herbs. Dry, smooth and slightly oily, it reveals herbal and fruity nuances on the palate. An interesting white that captures the region’s sunlit personality.
