Description

Supple and round, with cream, chopped herbs and gooseberries on the nose. Lightly phenolic, with round, medium-low acidity and a tangy finish. There is still good freshness from the phenolics and flavors, not the acidity. 75% sauvignon and 25% semillon. Drink now.
