Domaine Simon Bize is currently transitioning to a more sustainable, 'Bize-dynamic' packaging standard. Depending on the vintage, you may receive a bottle with a traditional foil capsule or a 'naked' cork. Both represent the estate's high standards, with the newer, capsule-free look reflecting their commitment to zero-waste winemaking.
