The Juyondai “Kakushin” series features unique and limited sakes released annually between December to February only.
Featuring melon and fruit aroma, this wine is full of sourness in the mouth yet is complemented with a slightly sweet and mellow body, and a slight floral and fruity finish. The original flavour of the wine is preserved as there is no filtering procedure, and it is best paired with Japanese home-cooked dishes such as grilled fish.
