A breakthrough daiginjo, Ryu was the first to bring French wine maturation techniques to sake-brewing and the first daiginjo released nationwide. Well-rounded, gently aromatic and surprisingly incisive, the scent is filled with pineapple, koji rice, taffy, and white flower blossoms.
